Istruisce mcabber su cosa fare per gli eventi in attesa.
Se il primo parametro è '*', il comando verrà eseguito su tutti gli eventi in attesa.

/event #N|* accept
 L'evento numero #N/All verrà accettato
/event #N|* ignore
 L'evento numero #N/All verrà ignorato
/event #N|* reject
 L'evento numero #N/All verrà rifiutato
/event list
 Elenca tutti gli eventi in attesa
